Departure: from Innsbruck / Sterzing Ridnauntal follow the directions and follow the signs to the town of Telves (junction on the right to two minutes from the motorway). It continues until Telves di Sopra / Obertelfes, where you park and follow the signs to the hut Freundalm. Arrival: Freundalm (1720 m) and on to the mountain station of dell'ovovia Rosskopf / Roskopf
